Our place is out in MIDC Bhosari, right at Plot No. 61-J. We make locks and different types of security systems here. The factory floor is usually pretty loud with all the machines running. We’ve been at this for a good number of years. It’s a lot of metalwork and putting small parts together. The guys on the floor know exactly what they’re doing. It’s not fancy, just a straightforward manufacturing setup. We have a small office area too, but most of the action happens in the back. Sometimes things get backed up when we have a big order, but we manage. You’ll see a lot of trucks coming in to pick up boxes. We don't really spend time on fancy websites or social media. We’re more about just getting the work done. The area around Bhosari is full of other factories, so it's a busy industrial zone. We start early in the morning. It can get pretty hot in the summer months inside the shed. We just keep our heads down and keep the production line moving. Every now and then we have to fix a machine or change a mold. It's just standard daily life for us here at the factory. We like what we do, even if it’s just making locks. We usually finish up late in the afternoon and head home. The traffic can be a bit of a nightmare during shift changes but you get used to it after a while.
