We are located in Yerwada at Global Square, right in office number 201 on the second floor. Yerwada is a central part of Pune, so it makes it easy for us to get to different parts of the city when we need to. The office itself is a decent size with enough room for our small team to work without bumping into each other. We focus on developing spaces that have a bit more thought put into them, but we don't go around using a lot of big words to describe it. It’s just about building things right. The Global Square building is usually pretty busy, and there’s always people coming in and out of the other offices. On our floor, it stays fairly professional but relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that unless there is a very specific reason. Most days it’s just jeans and shirts while we go over the blueprints or talk to the contractors on the phone. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with, as you’d expect in this line of work. The windows let in a fair bit of light, which helps keep the place from feeling too cramped. We’ve been here for a bit now and have a good handle on how the local area works. We just show up, do what needs to be done for the projects, and keep things moving. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business.
