We are based over in Tower E at Tech Park One here in Pune. Being in a tech park means there is always a lot of movement around us, though we focus on the infrastructure side of things. It’s a decent spot for the office, and we've been set up here for some time now. Wellcraft Infraprojects is just us working on various builds and project management stuff. Some days it is quiet, and other days the phones don't stop ringing because of site issues or materials being late. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the job at hand. The Pune traffic makes getting to the office a bit of a pain sometimes, but once we're in, it’s all about the spreadsheets and planning. We aren't big on flashy offices or long meetings that don't go anywhere. Most of the staff are usually out on the field anyway, so the office is mostly for the back-end stuff. It's a practical way to run a business. We handle the technical side of infrastructure projects without making a big fuss about it. The address is S. NO. 191A/2A/1/2, which sounds like a mouthful, but most people just look for Tower E. We’ve been part of the local scene here for a bit, just doing what we do every day to keep things moving forward. It’s not always easy, but it’s the work we know and we just keep pushing through the daily tasks.
