We3 Constech Private Limited is situated in the heart of Pune, over in Sadashiv Peth. We are based in the Butte Patil Towers on LBS Road. Sadashiv Peth is an old, traditional part of the city, so having an office in a modern tower like this is a bit of a mix of old and new. We deal with construction technology and the technical side of building things. Our office at Butte Patil is where we do all the designing and planning before we actually start on a site. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise from the street, but inside we are usually focused on drawings and cost estimates. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge budget for advertising. We are just a group of people who understand how buildings go together. We started We3 because we wanted to bring a bit more technical sense to the local construction scene. Sometimes the tech side is hard to explain to people, so we just show them the results on the ground. Our desks are covered in samples of materials and printouts of site maps. It’s a working office, not a showroom. Most of our clients come to us because they heard we are practical and don't waste their time with unnecessary extras. We like being in Pune and contributing to how the city is changing, one project at a time.
