Waterline Music Academy

Waterline Music Academy is our small space over on Baner Road in the Thergaon area. We are at 12/13/C and it is usually pretty easy to find because you can hear the noise from the street. We have a few different rooms where we teach things like guitar, keyboard, and drums. It isn't a massive school with hundreds of teachers, just a few of us who actually enjoy playing music. We have students of all ages coming in. Some are little kids whose parents want them to learn a hobby, and some are adults who work in the IT offices nearby and want to blow off some steam after work. The instruments we have are just standard ones for practicing. We don't have any fancy recording studios or anything like that. It is just about learning the notes and getting the rhythm right. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is practicing at the same time, but we are used to it by now. The neighborhood is growing fast, so there are always new people moving in and asking about classes. We don't have a big corporate structure. If you want to learn, you just show up, we see what you know, and we go from there. We spend a lot of time tuning instruments and showing people how to hold their hands properly. It is a good way to spend the day.
