We are based out of Flat No 19/1/13 in Kshitij Colony. It’s on Jagtap Dairy Road in Rahatani, right here in Pune. Our office is basically a flat that we’ve converted into a working space. It’s comfortable and it keeps us close to the projects we are working on in the area. Walzade Construction LLP isn't a huge name, but we are well known around the local neighborhood. Most of our work is right here in Rahatani or over in the city. We spend a lot of time on Jagtap Dairy Road, mostly stuck in traffic like everyone else. Our team is small, mostly just a few guys who have been in the building trade for years. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sound like a big corporate office. We are just regular people who know how to get a building up. Sometimes things go wrong, like a pipe leaks or a wall isn't straight, and we just have to go back and fix it. That is the reality of construction. We don't have a big marketing budget. We just do the work and let people talk about it. If you are looking for us, we are usually at the flat in the mornings before heading out to the sites. It’s a simple way to run a business but it works for us. We just want to keep working and doing right by our customers.
