We are W S Developers Pvt. Ltd., and you can find us on the ground floor of Sumit Plaza. We’re right near the Nisarga Mangal Karyalya in the Gultekadi Market Yard area. Being in the Market Yard means it’s always busy with trucks and people moving goods around. It’s a lively place to work. Our office is easy to get to since it’s on the ground floor, so no stairs to worry about. We deal with development projects, which means we spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to engineers. The office is usually a bit chaotic with rolls of paper and different sets of keys lying around. We have a small table where we sit down with people to go over details. It’s not a quiet office by any means because of all the activity outside, but we like the energy of the market. Sometimes the smells from the nearby spice and grain stalls drift in. We’ve been here for several years and have seen the area change quite a bit. Our work is mostly about coordinating different teams and making sure the building projects are moving along. It’s a lot of logistics and talking to people on the phone or in person. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s nothing special, just a group of people working in the heart of the market, trying to keep up with the daily schedule.
