Vyas Landmarks LLP

Our office is at Flat No. 703 in the Uma Mahesh Society. We are located in Rambaug Colony, which is just off Paud Road in the Kothrud area of Pune. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, but we stay very busy inside. Vyas Landmarks is essentially a small family-run business. We’ve been working in the real estate sector for years, mostly focusing on landmarks and residential projects around the city. The office feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which is how we like it. We have some desks, a lot of files, and always a pot of tea ready for anyone who visits. We don’t use a lot of corporate jargon or try to impress people with big numbers. We just talk about what’s possible and what isn't. Most of our time is spent coordinating with architects and builders or visiting sites to see how things are going. Kothrud is a great place to be based because we are close to so many of our projects. We know the streets and the people here very well. It’s not always easy work, and there are plenty of long days dealing with paperwork and city approvals. But we take pride in seeing a building finally get finished. We aren’t looking to be the biggest company in Pune, just one that people can talk to directly without getting lost in a system.
