We are based in Jewel Tower, right in the middle of Koregaon Park. Our offices are numbers 301 and 302 on the third floor. Lane 5 is usually pretty busy with people and cars, so it’s an active place to be. We handle real estate and development stuff here in Pune. It’s a mix of meeting people and going out to look at different plots or buildings. We don't use a lot of technical jargon or try to sound more important than we are. It’s just about finding the right spot for someone and making sure the paperwork is done correctly. The office gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of files piling up, but we like the location because it’s easy for people to find us. There are plenty of cafes around if we need to grab a quick coffee between meetings. We’ve seen Pune grow so much lately, and Koregaon Park has changed quite a bit too. Our team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to visiting sites. It’s not always glamorous, especially when you’re stuck in traffic on the way to a site visit. We just take things as they come and try to be straightforward with everyone who walks through our door. No big corporate speeches here, just regular people working in the local property market and trying to keep everything running smoothly without too much fuss.
