Vs Parikh & Co.

Our office at Vs Parikh & Co. is located at 1072/1-9, inside Iris Garden on Gokhale Road. It is a place where we spend most of our daylight hours sitting at desks and dealing with the usual daily business things. The building itself is okay, though the hallways can get a bit dark when the bulbs burn out. We have been here for a while and the walls are covered with some old calendars and stacks of folders that we really should sort through one day. Outside on Gokhale Road, the traffic is almost always heavy, so there is a constant hum of engines and horns that filters through the windows. We don’t mind it much because it’s just the sound of the city moving. Sometimes we take a break and walk down the street to get some tea or just to stretch our legs. The office isn't very large, so we end up bumping into each other’s chairs quite a bit. There isn't any fancy furniture here, just the stuff we needed to get started. We have a few fans that squeak a little when they are on the highest setting, but they keep the air moving during the hot afternoons. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or typing away. It’s just honest work in a regular spot, and we are fine with that. Most people who come to visit us mention the traffic, and we just nod because it is just part of being in this town.
