Sealtec Industires is located at 162/5, and the easiest way to find us is to tell people we are right behind the Triveninnagar Bus Stop. It’s a handy landmark because otherwise, we are tucked away in a spot that’s easy to miss. Being so close to the bus stop means there are always people around and plenty of noise from the buses idling and the conductors shouting. Our workshop is a practical space where we handle all the sealing work. It’s not a large operation, just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. The floor is concrete and usually has a few oil spots here and there, and the air smells like rubber and metal. We don't have a fancy waiting room for customers; if you come in, you usually just stand by the main workbench while we talk. The lighting isn't the best, so we have these extra lamps clipped onto the machines to see what we are doing. We take our breaks together and usually just sit on some old crates out back where it’s a bit quieter away from the buses. Sometimes the neighborhood kids kick a ball into our scrap pile and we have to go find it for them. It’s a small-scale life, very focused on the hands-on work. We don't worry much about how things look as long as the seals are coming out right and the orders are ready to go.
