Our office is located at G No. 90 in Nanekarwadi, which is out in the Khed area near Pune. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but this is where all the industrial growth is happening right now. The setting is quite different from a typical city office. We are surrounded by other plots and small factories. It gets quite dusty on the roads around here, especially when the big trucks roll past our gate. Our building for Vrn Indcon Private Limited is simple and doesn’t have any big signs or flashy lights. Inside, it’s just us working at our desks with the usual office gear. We deal with a lot of technical stuff and industrial projects, so there are always blueprints or site reports lying around. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing here. We just come in, have our tea, and get to work. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because of the location, but we manage. The team is small, so we all know each other’s business. It’s a very practical way to run things. Most of the people working here live nearby in the Nanekarwadi area or commute from the closer parts of Pune. It’s a hardworking atmosphere without any pretension. We just try to stay on top of the projects we have and keep the paperwork in order. It’s a real, boots-on-the-ground kind of place.
