Vppl Properties Llp is situated over in Shivajinagar, at 1170/7 in Revenue Colony. We are right by J M Road, which is a place most people around here know pretty well. Our office is in a bit of a quieter pocket compared to the main road, which is nice when we have a lot of work to get through. We have been operating from this spot for some time, handling various property matters and local real estate tasks. It isn't a flashy office with a bunch of modern art or anything. It’s just a functional place where we have our desks and files. We spend a lot of time talking to people about land and buildings, trying to make sense of all the rules and paperwork. There are just a few of us here, so we all know each other well. It’s a very informal atmosphere most of the time. We don't go in for big mission statements or anything corporate like that. We just do the work as it comes. Sometimes the office gets a little crowded with all the blueprints spread out, but we make it work. Being in Revenue Colony means we are close to a lot of the important offices we need to visit. We like the location and the fact that we are part of the Shivajinagar community. Vppl Properties Llp is just a local business doing its thing on J M Road, plain and simple.
