VNL Constrotech Private Limited is located over in Pendase Colony in Pune. You can find us at Flat B/402 in the Om Paradise building, which is on Survey Number 41. It is a relatively quiet neighborhood, which is a nice change from the noisier parts of the city. We are a small team that focuses on the technical side of construction and project management. We are not a big corporate entity with hundreds of staff members. Instead, we are just a few people who have a lot of experience in the industry and like to work closely together. Our office is a converted flat, so it feels more like a home than a sterile business environment. We do not have any big mission statements or fancy promotional material. We just talk to people plainly and try to get the work done right. We have all lived in Maharashtra for most of our lives, so we understand how things work here and the common problems that pop up on job sites. We do not spend time on social media or marketing. We just let our work speak for itself. Sometimes things are slow and sometimes we are overwhelmed with paperwork, but we just keep plugging away.
