VNA Infra is located over at Kawade Plot in Erandwana Gaothan here in Pune. It’s a bit of an older neighborhood, and our office is right there on CTS No 61. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main roads, which we like. The office is where we do all the prep work for our infrastructure projects. It’s not a large place, just a few rooms where we keep our records and meet with the guys from the sites. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. Most people find us because they've worked with us before or heard about us from someone else in the area. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to sort out material deliveries or dealing with permit issues. That’s the reality of the infra business. Some days are slow, and we just sit around drinking tea and planning, and other days it feels like everything is happening at once. Pune has changed a lot over the years, but Erandwana still feels familiar to us. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. We don't use big words or pretend to be more than we are. We are just a local business doing our part to build things around the city. It’s a steady life, and we are happy to keep doing what we do. We manage the sites and the paperwork without much drama. Every project has its own set of problems, but we just solve them.
