You can find us over at Laxmi Narayan Society in Sopannagar, which is in Saswad. We fall under the Purandar Taluka in Pune. Vmvmv Realities & Developers Private Limited is very much a local Saswad business. The air out here is a bit clearer than in the main city, and things move at a slightly different pace. We spend a lot of time looking at land and thinking about how to develop it properly. Our office in the society is where we do all the meetings and handle the legal side of things. It’s a comfortable spot where we know all the neighbors. Most of us grew up around here or have lived in Pune long enough to know how the real estate market works. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just show people what is available and tell them the truth about the plots. Saswad is growing fast, so we stay pretty busy with all the new inquiries coming in. Sometimes we take a drive out to the further parts of Purandar to check on sites, and it’s a nice break from the desk work. We are just regular people trying to build something decent for the community. It’s not about being the biggest, it’s just about doing the work that needs to be done every day. We drink a lot of tea and talk to a lot of people.
