We are over in Warje, Pune, at Flat 201 in the Suvastu Prime building. If you are looking for us, we are right behind the RMD Sinhgad College. It is a lively area with a lot of students and new families moving in. We decided to set up here because there is so much happening in this part of the city. Our office isn't very large, but it is enough for the three or four of us who handle the planning. We spend a lot of time checking on projects around Pune. The traffic on the highway can be a pain, but we have learned the shortcuts by now. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We just explain what we are doing with the bricks and the cement. Construction is a messy business, and we are okay with that. Sometimes our plans have to change because of the weather or because a supplier ran out of something. We just find a way to make it work. It's about being honest with the people who hire us. We don't have a big corporate office in the city center. We just have this one flat where we keep our tools and our records. It works for us. We try to be fair with our prices and just get the job done properly without making any big fuss about it.
