Vivanda Infrastructure Private Limited is located at 275 Pragati Nagar in Baramati, not too far from the college. It is a quiet enough area most of the time, which is good for getting work done without too many distractions. We focus on infrastructure projects, which basically means we deal with a lot of steel, concrete, and soil. Our office is a simple setup where we keep our files and meet with the people we work with. Baramati is a growing town, and we’ve been trying to do our part in that by taking on local building jobs. We don't have any polished sales pitches or big advertising budgets. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. A lot of our time is spent travelling between the office and the different sites, making sure things are moving along. The sun can be quite harsh out here, so we carry a lot of water and try to stay in the shade when we can. Our team is local, and we understand how things work around here. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in the state, we just want to be reliable for the folks who hire us. There is always some problem to solve, like a broken machine or a late delivery, but that is just the nature of the construction business. We keep at it every day and try to keep things moving forward.
