Our office is up on the 11th floor of Fusion City in Kondhawe. It is flat number B-1101, and you can see a good chunk of the area from the windows up here. We deal with properties and infrastructure projects around this part of Pune. It is usually just a few of us sitting around a large wooden table looking at floor plans and talking to contractors on the phone. The building is quite busy and the parking can be a bit of a mess if you arrive after ten in the morning. We spend a lot of our time driving back and forth between different sites in Dhawade. The office isn't decorated much, just the basic stuff we need to stay organized. Sometimes it gets really quiet when everyone is out on site visits. We have some old files stacked in the corner that we really should go through one day. My cousin handles most of the incoming calls and keeps track of the schedule. We don't have a formal reception area, so people usually just walk right in and sit down. It gets a bit dusty because of all the new construction happening nearby, but that is just part of the job. We keep things straightforward with everyone we work with. No big corporate speeches or long meetings, just plain talk about land and buildings. We stay until the work is done, which usually means late evenings in the office.
