We are VISTA VISION DEVELOPERS LLP and we work out of Erandawana. Our office is located at D/9 SHANKARCHHAYA HSG SOCY. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of a commercial district. We like it that way because it lets us focus on our development projects without too much distraction. We aren't a big corporate developer with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team that knows the Erandawana area well. Most of our time is spent at various sites or sitting in the office going over blueprints. Developing property involves a lot of back-and-forth with different departments and making sure every brick is in the right place. It’s a lot of responsibility and sometimes the pressure gets high, but we just take it one day at a time. Shankarchhaya is a nice society and we’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just do our work and let the buildings we develop speak for themselves. There’s always something to do, whether it’s checking on a foundation or finishing up some paperwork. It’s not always glamorous work, especially when you're out in the rain or heat, but it’s what we do. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job with the projects we take on and keeping our business running smoothly.
