Our office is located in the Shubh Complex C, specifically office number three. We’re in the Indrayaninagar PCNTDA area of Bhosari. It’s a busy part of Pune City with a lot of industrial and residential growth. We’ve been here at Plot SDC-6 for some time now, handling various construction jobs. Vision Creative Buildcon isn't a huge name, but we stay busy with local projects. The office is small and usually filled with rolls of plans and coffee cups. We spend a lot of time out in Bhosari and the surrounding areas checking on how the buildings are coming along. There’s always some issue to solve, whether it’s a delivery that didn’t show up or a change in the plans. We just take it as it comes. It's not a glamorous job, but we like seeing things get built from the ground up. We aren't into using big words or corporate talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. Being in Indrayaninagar is convenient for us and our workers. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current project until it’s done. There is no magic to it, just showing up every day and making sure the work moves forward. We’ve been through enough rainy seasons to know how to manage the sites when things get difficult. It's just what we do.
