VISHVARUPA BUILDCON LLP

Our base of operations is at Lake Town Co-op Housing Society in the B8 building. We are up on the fifth floor in flat 501. It’s a residential area in South Pune, so it's pretty quiet compared to the main city center. Vishvarupa Buildcon is basically just us working on local construction projects. We didn't want a fancy office in a commercial tower, so we just work from here. It makes things feel more personal. We spend our time going between the society and different construction sites. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we get our exercise. We deal with all the typical building stuff—getting materials, talking to laborers, and making sure things are being built correctly. It’s a lot of coordination. We’ve been part of this society for a while, and people around here know what we do. It’s a small-scale operation, and we like it that way. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on doing the work and letting that speak for itself. It’s a decent living and keeps us involved in the community. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at site photos. We keep things simple and avoid the corporate fluff that usually comes with this industry. It’s just a few people trying to get buildings finished on time.
