Pratham Surgical

We started this shop in Manali Apartment a while back now. It is Shop No. 5 and we are right by the Kasturba Society Chowk which is always busy with people and cars. Pratham Surgical is where we spend most of our time every day. People come in looking for all sorts of things like bandages, masks, or even bigger surgical supplies for clinics. The shop is not very large but we managed to fit a lot of shelves in there. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a new delivery arrives and we have boxes all over the floor. We just try to keep everything organized so we can find things fast when someone asks. Vishrantwadi is a good spot for us because there is always something going on outside. The traffic noise is quite loud during the day but you just get used to it after a week. We usually keep the lights on until late in the evening. Most of the neighbors know us by now. We handle the paperwork ourselves on a small desk in the corner. It is just a regular place where we do our work. Nothing fancy about it at all, just some counters and rows of supplies. We spend a lot of the morning dusting because the road brings in a lot of dirt. It is a decent living for us. We see all kinds of people coming through the door. We just do what we can to help them.
