Vishal Developers has an office at 657 Gunjal Complex in Shivaji Nagar. We are right there by Deccan Gymkhana and A. B. Road, which is a very busy spot to be in. Working in the property business means we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps and papers. The office in Gunjal Complex is where we meet people who are looking to buy or build something. It is a lot of back and forth with the paperwork and the local authorities. Shivaji Nagar is always moving, so there is never a quiet moment outside. We have been working in this area for a while and have seen many new buildings go up while others get torn down. It is not always easy work because things can get complicated with land and rules. We usually have a few site visits to do during the week, so we are not always sitting at our desks. The office has a few chairs and some files stacked up, nothing too fancy. People come in to ask about prices or just to see what is available in the Deccan area. We don't use any big marketing talk, we just tell people what we know about the sites and the costs. It is a local business and we know the streets around here pretty well. We just try to keep things moving along for our clients and stay busy.
