Vishal started this construction outfit right here in Daund. Our office is at house number 1103 in Mahalaxminagar. It's just off the Pune Solapur Road, so it's easy to get onto the highway when we need to visit sites. This is a local operation through and through. We don't have a big glass building or a fleet of branded cars. It's just a regular house where we handle the business side of things. We work on building projects around this part of Pune. Some days are slow and others are completely packed. Dealing with construction means there’s always something breaking or a delay with materials. We just try to fix things as they come up. Being in Mahalaxminagar is good because it’s a quiet area to actually get some work done. People around here know Vishal and know we do decent work. We aren't looking to grow into some giant company. We like doing the local jobs and staying close to home. It’s just us and a few workers getting the construction tasks finished. If you live near the Solapur road, you've probably seen our trucks or us working somewhere. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to make sure the walls are straight and the roof doesn't leak. It’s basic, hard work that keeps us going.
