We are based in Kalayani Nagar at Kumar Saphoroln. Our office is Q 601. It’s a decent area with a lot of trees and nice buildings. Vircon Travel And Tourism has been around for a bit. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at travel schedules. It’s mostly desks and a few maps on the wall. We don't have a big glossy lobby. If you come by, you’ll just see us working. Kalayani Nagar is a good place to be because it’s not as chaotic as the city center. We have a small group of people working here. We handle bookings and plan out trips for folks. It’s a lot of detail work. Sometimes things go wrong with flights or hotels, and we have to stay on the line to fix it. We aren't a giant agency. We just know how to get things booked. The office gets a lot of sunlight in the afternoon. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background. It’s a relaxed place to work most of the time. We know the local cafes for our lunch breaks. We don't use much corporate talk. We just tell people what their options are and book it. It’s a practical way to run a business. We’ve been in this building for a few years now. Sometimes the internet is slow when we need it most, but we manage. We just focus on the bookings and making sure the dates are right for the customers.
