VIPUL PATIL AND OTHERS CONSTRUCTION LLP

We've been operating out of Flat B/301 at Shri Ganesh Residency for a while now. It's right on Kesnand Road here in Daund. Dealing with construction work around Pune is what we do daily. Vipul and the rest of us started this thing because there's always something to build or fix around here. It's not a big fancy office, just a place where we get our paperwork done and meet people. Most days we are out at the sites instead of sitting in the flat. The traffic on the way to Gat No. 1090/1/2 can be a bit much in the mornings. We just try to get the jobs finished without too much hassle. People know where to find us if they need something done. It’s mostly word of mouth. We don’t really do much advertising. Just a bunch of guys working on projects. Sometimes things get busy and we have to juggle a few things at once. Living and working in the same area makes it easier to keep an eye on how things are progressing. It’s a straightforward setup. We handle the local building stuff. If you're driving down towards Daund, you've probably passed by our building. We keep it simple. No big speeches or anything. Just building what's needed. We deal with the local authorities and the workers ourselves. It’s a lot of work but it’s what we know how to do.
