Vipa Realty Private Limited is tucked away in Yash-Indu Park, which is part of the Mumbaiwala Complex in Pune. If you know where Vitthal Mandir is, you can find us pretty easily. We are in house number 131. The office is a bit small but it works for what we do. We have been here for a while now, watching how the neighborhood changes. Pune-411045 has become a lot busier lately. There are always cars parked in places they shouldn't be and the traffic near the temple gets a bit much on festival days. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting around a couple of desks with too many files. The printer jams at least once a day and we usually have to give it a good tap to get it going again. We mostly talk about property rates and who is moving where. It’s not exactly glamorous work but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello or complain about the rain. We don't have any big corporate goals written on the walls. We just try to get the paperwork right and make sure people find what they are looking for in the city. Most of our days are spent on the phone or driving around to look at different sites. It’s a lot of running around, honestly, but that is just the way the realty business goes in Pune.
