VINDHYA ORCHARDS AND RESORTS LLP

Vindhya Orchards and Resorts LLP is run out of Flat No 1 in the Geet Govind Apartment on Bhandarkar Road. This part of Shivaji Nagar in Pune is quite lively, with plenty of shops and people walking around. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to drop by if they need to. It’s a modest space, not some high-rise corporate suite. We spend most of our time planning out the work for the orchards and managing the resort side of things. It involves a lot of coordination with people on-site who aren't in the city. There’s always a bit of chaos with scheduling and logistics, but that’s the nature of the business. We keep things grounded and don't try to sound like something we aren't. We just use plain English and focus on the tasks we have for the day. Bhandarkar Road can be a bit of a nightmare for parking, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’re just a small group of people working together to keep the business moving. There are no grand statements or missions here. We just want to make sure the trees are healthy and the resorts are ready for guests. It’s steady work that requires a lot of patience and attention to the small things that often get overlooked. We've been here a while and plan to stay for much longer.
