The area around Kalewadi Phata is always buzzing with people and traffic. Our building stands out a bit from the others, but inside, it’s just us running the show day and night. It’s a busy spot to work in. We have various floors for guests and then our own small office space where the administrative stuff happens. It’s not always perfectly quiet; you can hear the sounds of the city and the hotel guests moving about in the hallways. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while. The staff here are mostly local people who know the city well. We spend a lot of time making sure things are running okay, even if things occasionally break or get messy. It’s just the nature of this kind of business. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves; we are just a hotel in Kalewadi. The daily routine is a lot of checking in on things and making sure the lights are on and the rooms are ready. It’s a practical job. We see all kinds of people coming through the doors every day.
