The Oterra Hotel

Our place, The Oterra Hotel, is located at 23/A in Ashok Society, Pune. We are right here in Maharashtra, serving folks who come through this part of the city. It’s a decent-sized building, but we try to keep it feeling like a place where you can actually relax. Ashok Society is a well-known area, so finding us isn't too hard for those who know Pune. We have rooms for travelers and a kitchen that keeps busy most of the day. We aren't one of those places with a million rules or a staff that acts like they're in a movie. We’re just regular people working in a hotel. We spend a lot of time making sure the linens are clean and the rooms are ready for whoever is arriving next. Pune is a city that never seems to stop growing, and we see all kinds of people, from business travelers to families on a trip. We don't do much in the way of big advertising. Most people find us because they want to stay in this specific neighborhood. The building has its quirks, like any older place in Pune, but we keep it in good shape. It’s a practical business. We show up, we check people in, and we make sure they have what they need for the night. It’s simple, and it works for us and for the guests who stay with us in Ashok Society. We are just here doing our job as best as we can.
