Hotel Royal Orchid Central Pune

We operate out of Saraswati Krupa Housing Society in the Panmala area. It's Building Number 1, Flat 23. It might seem a bit different since we are tucked away on Tadiwala Road in Pune, but this is where the management side of things happens for the hotel. We handle the bookings and all the back-end stuff from here. Pune is a fast city, and Tadiwala Road is always moving, but our office stays pretty focused on the daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on the computers and the phones, talking to guests or organizing the staff shifts. It’s not a big fancy lobby here; it’s more about the practical work that keeps a hotel running smoothly. We’ve been in this flat for a while now, and the neighbors are used to our presence. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we just take the stairs to get things moving. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have those glossy brochures lying around everywhere; we just focus on the spreadsheets and the guest lists. Being in a residential building means we have to keep things quiet and stay professional. We deal with the laundry schedules, the kitchen supplies, and the maintenance calls from this room. It’s a lot of coordinating between different departments. Every day brings something new, whether it’s a late check-in or a room fix that needs doing urgently. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
