Our setup is located in Shreyas Apartment, specifically Flat No-3, over in the Bijali Nagar area of Chincwad, Pune. It is a bit different because we are in a residential building rather than a big commercial tower. This is where we handle the administrative side of Encore Hotels. It is mostly paperwork and phone calls in this office. We have been here for a while, and the neighbors in the apartment complex are used to seeing us coming and going. The space is not very big, so we have to keep things pretty organized or it gets messy fast. We spend our days looking at spreadsheets and talking to the staff at the actual hotel sites. It is quiet for the most part, which helps when you have to focus on the numbers. We do not have any big corporate slogans or fancy mission statements. We are just trying to keep the business side of things running without any major hiccups. Sometimes the printer jams or the tea runs out, and that is about as exciting as it gets. We like being in Chincwad because it is a bit away from the main city madness. It is a straightforward job. We come in, do the filing, handle the bookings, and make sure the bills are sorted. It is just a normal office run by normal people in a regular apartment block.
