VIMALRAJ SANCHETI CONSTRUCTIONS LLP is based right here in Pune, specifically over in the Erandwane area. We’re tucked away in the Sumangala Building at 4/38. If you know the neighborhood, it’s a pretty settled place. We’ve been doing construction work for a bit now, mostly focusing on getting things built right without making too much of a fuss. The office isn't much to look at, just some chairs, a few big tables for layouts, and the usual noise of a working day. We spend a lot of time on site because that’s where the actual building happens. Pune is growing fast, and there’s always a new project starting or an old one finishing up. Keeping things simple is our main way of doing things. Sometimes the materials are late or the weather turns bad, and we just deal with it as it comes. It's not always smooth, but that is just the nature of construction. Marketing teams or fancy brochures aren't something we use. Usually, people just hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We like it that way because it keeps things honest. You can drop by the building if you need to talk, but usually, we are out checking on the progress of whatever we are currently working on. It’s a lot of long hours and dusty boots, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep our heads down and work. Trying to be something we aren't is just a waste of time.
