Vimal Polyclinic

We’ve been here in Baner Gaon for a good while now. Vimal Polyclinic is just a small place where people from around the neighborhood come when they aren't feeling too great. It’s right in the middle of things in the village area. Most days start pretty early with someone unlocking the front door and getting the chairs ready in the waiting room. It isn't anything fancy, just a plain clinic with some doctors who know the locals by name. We see a lot of kids with coughs and older folks checking their blood pressure. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the Gaon. People usually just walk in from the nearby shops or houses. We don’t have any big flashy signs or anything like that. It’s mostly just word of mouth that keeps us going. Our rooms are kept clean, and we try to get through the queue as fast as we can without rushing anyone too much. Sometimes it gets crowded on Monday mornings, but that is how it goes. We have a few staff members who have lived around here their whole lives. They know which shortcut to take if there is traffic on the main road. It is just a regular part of life here in Baner. We do our work, talk to the patients, and then go home at the end of the shift. It’s a simple setup for the local folks.
