Samarth Medical Surgicals

We are located right at Daruwala Pool in Kasba Peth, specifically at Shop No 1, which sits just below Samarth Hospital at 1486. Being located right underneath a hospital means we see a lot of people who are in a hurry or dealing with some pretty stressful situations. At Samarth Medical Surgicals, we mainly focus on keeping the shelves stocked with the supplies people need for their recovery or for the smaller clinics in the neighborhood. It is a small shop, and sometimes it feels like the boxes of bandages and medical equipment might reach all the way to the ceiling. We try to keep things organized, but with so many different types of surgical items, it can be a real challenge to find things quickly. We aren't a big pharmacy chain with bright lights and matching uniforms. It is just a few of us here making sure we can help anyone who walks through the door. The area around Daruwala Pool is always congested, so getting our deliveries on time can be a bit of a headache. We spend a lot of time on the phone with various distributors trying to track down specific items that someone has requested. We don't have a big website or do any of that online marketing stuff. Most people find us because they are already at the hospital or they live in the Peth area. It is a serious job, but we just focus on the daily tasks.
