Viksak Vinode Infratech Limited Liability Partnership

Our business, Viksak Vinode Infratech Limited Liability Partnership, is run out of Balkrishna Bungalow. It is located in the Roseland Residency area of Pimple Saudagar. Working out of a bungalow gives things a different feel than being in a high-rise office. It is a bit quieter and feels more personal. We have different rooms set up for different parts of the business, but mostly we all end up congregating in one area to talk through things. Roseland Residency is a nice spot, and we like the fact that there are trees and a bit of space around us. Pimple Saudagar has grown a lot lately, so there is always construction or something new popping up nearby, which fits what we do with infratech. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby. Usually, we are just dressed casually and working on our laptops. Sometimes we have to head out to visit sites, but when we are here, we are usually just catching up on paperwork or talking to contractors. The atmosphere is pretty laid back. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished corporate image. We just need a place to coordinate our projects and keep everything on track. The bungalow serves as our home base where we can actually think and get things done without the usual office building distractions. It works for us and the way we like to operate.
