Our office is located in Kakade Capital on Shirole Road. We are right near P. Jog Classes in Shivajinagar, Pune. The name of the firm is Vikram Kakade Infrastructure Private Limited. Shivajinagar is a really busy part of the city, so there’s always a lot of energy around us. We work on infrastructure projects, which basically means we deal with big, complicated things that take a lot of time. Our space at 1205/1-1B is usually full of maps and technical drawings. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. Being in the heart of Pune means we are close to everything, which helps when we need to meet with officials or suppliers. Infrastructure isn't easy work. It involves a lot of digging and concrete and long hours in the sun. We’ve had projects that went smoothly and others that were a real struggle because of the soil or the weather. That’s just part of the trade. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just get the jobs done. Most of us have been in this line of work for years. We’ve seen the city change quite a bit from our office window. It’s a lot of responsibility to build things that people are going to use every day. We just try to keep our heads down and do the work right. It’s not always easy, but it is what we do for a living.
