Vijaylaxmi Handloom

Vijaylaxmi Handloom is located on the third floor of the building where the Body Care Center is. We are over in Dnyaneshwar Park, right along Dighi Road. This part of Bhosari and the Sinhagad Road area can be quite a commute depending on where you are coming from. Being on the third floor means we are a bit away from the street noise of Dighi Road, which is nice. You have to walk up or take the lift to find us. The space is filled with the things we work with every day. It is not a showroom with bright lights and fancy carpets. It is more of a practical work area where the handloom items are kept. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and moving things around. The light that comes in through the windows in Dnyaneshwar Park is usually pretty good in the mornings. We have our routine here, starting early and staying until the work is done. Bhosari is a busy industrial and residential mix, so there is always something happening outside. We stay focused on what is in front of us. It is a quiet existence on the third floor, away from the heavy traffic of the Sinhagad Road side. We just do our thing and keep the business running as best as we can. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons being so high up, but we have enough fans to keep the air moving.
