We are located at H No 341 in Khese Ali, which is in the Lohagaon area of Pune. It is a bit quieter out here compared to the main city center, which we actually prefer. We have been doing real estate and construction work for a while now. Most of our projects are right here in the local neighborhood. Since we are based in Lohagaon, we know the land and the people pretty well. Our office is basically just a part of the house where we keep our files and meet with clients. It is a very casual setup. People often just stop by to ask about land prices or if we have any new projects starting up. Pune is growing so fast that even places like Lohagaon are seeing a lot of new construction. We try to keep up with it as best as we can. It is a lot of work managing different sites and making sure the labor shows up on time. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the water is short, but we manage. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lot of hierarchy. It is mostly just us and a few trusted workers we have known for years. We like the fact that we can see our work as we drive around the streets here. It makes us feel like we are actually contributing something to the area where we live and where our families are growing up.
