Vihaj Buildcon Llp

Vihaj Buildcon is based out of Shop No. 18 in the Parvati Complex. We are located at Ambegaon Bk in Pune, at Survey Number 15/9/1/4. It’s a small shop, but it’s enough for what we need to do. Most of our work involves building and construction, so we aren’t in the office all day long. We’re usually out at various sites around Pune checking on how the walls are going up or if the materials arrived on time. When we are at the shop, it’s mostly about managing the accounts and talking to people who walk in with questions. The Parvati Complex is a local spot, so we see a lot of the same faces every day. It’s a friendly vibe. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just have a couple of desks, some chairs, and a lot of files. Dealing with construction in Ambegaon means we have to be ready for anything, from rain delays to supply shortages. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We’ve been working in this area for a while and we understand the local land and the rules here. It’s a busy life, but we like the routine of opening the shop, grabbing a coffee, and seeing what the day brings. Most evenings find us still here, finishing up the last bits of work before heading home to rest for the next early morning start.
