Vighnhar Infrastructure And Builders Llp is based out of Nandini Associates in Hadapsar. Our office is actually Flat No B102 at Takalenagar, Sr No 87/2/1. It’s more of a residential-style setup, which actually makes it quite comfortable for us. Since we are in a flat, it feels less like a cold office and more like a proper home base. We have one room set up for the computers and another for all the architectural plans. Takalenagar is a decent area in Hadapsar, and it’s usually a bit quieter than being right on the main road. We still get the sounds of the neighborhood, like people talking or cars passing by, but it’s not too bad. Most of our work involves planning out infrastructure projects and keeping track of the building progress. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; we are a smaller group that works closely together. There’s no lobby or big sign outside, just a regular door that leads into our workspace. We usually have lunch together in the small kitchen area. It’s a very informal way to run things, but it works well for us. We’ve been in this flat for a while and it suits our needs perfectly. It’s where we do the thinking and the planning that goes into our building projects around the Pune area.
