VIGHNAHARTA GREENSPACES LLP

Our office is located in Bibvewadi, right in the Prasad Bibawe Nagar area. We are situated near the Kunjeer Building at Pokale Wasti. It’s a bit of a local landmark for us. Vighnaharta Greenspaces is a small operation where we focus on land development and creating better spaces for people to live. We aren’t a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know the area well and want to do good work. The office is usually filled with maps and land surveys. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers and landowners around Pune. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, but we enjoy the process of seeing a piece of land turn into something useful. We don’t have a fancy website or a huge advertising budget. Most of what we do is based on personal connections we’ve made over the years. People around here know us as the folks who are always out in the dirt checking on things. We try to keep our overhead low so we can stay focused on the actual projects. It’s a noisy office sometimes, with lots of people dropping in to talk about their property. We don’t mind. It’s how we stay connected to what’s happening on the ground. We just take things as they come and try to handle every project with some common sense and a lot of patience.
