VI INFRATECH LLP

Our office is tucked away in Bavdhan, over at A-804 in Nancy Brah. It’s a quiet enough area of Pune, which is nice when you have to concentrate on technical drawings and planning. VI Infratech is basically a small group of us who handle various infrastructure tasks. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The address looks a bit complicated on paper with all the survey numbers, but once you find the building, it's easy. We spend most of our time on site or huddled around a desk looking at project files. It’s not glamorous. There is a lot of back and forth with contractors and trying to make sure the materials arrive when they are supposed to. Sometimes they don't, and then we have to scramble to fix the schedule. That’s just how construction and infra work goes in this city. We don't really have a big public face. Most of our work is behind the scenes, making sure the foundations and the technical bits are solid. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours on the phone with various people. It’s a grind, but we like seeing a project actually get finished and stand on its own. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge marketing budget. We are just a local LLP trying to do our part in the development of the area. It keeps us on our toes and pays the bills, and we are fine with that setup.
