VENKATESHWARA LAKESIDE RESIDENCES LLP

We are located at Office Number 03 in the Pro 1 Business Center. This is part of the CTS 968 969 area in Shivajinagar, specifically on SB Road in Pune. It is a busy part of the city, and being in a business center means there is always a lot of coming and going in the hallways. Our office at Venkateshwara Lakeside Residences LLP is where we manage the various parts of our residential projects. It is a functional space with the usual office gear like printers, desks, and a whole lot of files. We don’t really have a polished look to the place; it is more about having a spot to sit down and work through the logistics. SB Road is a great location because everything is close by, though finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We spend the day handling calls, meeting with people, and trying to keep the schedules on track. The team here is small, and we tend to just jump in and help each other out whenever something needs to be finished. It is a very grounded environment without any corporate pretense. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home. The work can be a bit messy and unpredictable, but we prefer it that way. It keeps us on our toes and makes the day go by faster. We are just local people working on local housing.
