Venkateshwara Housings Corp (OPC) Private Limited is set up right on the Solapur Highway. You can find us at Gat No 784. It’s easy to spot because we are directly opposite Dhanshri Lawans in the Haveli area of Pune. Being on the highway means there is a lot of noise from the trucks and cars passing by all the time. We’ve grown used to the sound of the road. This office is where we manage our housing projects. It’s not a very big space since we are an OPC, so it’s mostly just one or two of us in here at a time. We have a lot of maps on the walls and stacks of site reports on the desks. The 412201 area is a bit outside the main city center, which makes it easier for us to get to our project sites. We don’t have a lot of fancy stuff here. It’s a practical workspace meant for getting things done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is. People often stop by because they saw the sign from the road. We try to be helpful when people ask about land or houses in the area. It’s a lot of work keeping up with everything, but we enjoy the pace. The location works well for us since we are right on a main route. We usually have the door open to let in a breeze.
