Venkateshwara House

Venkateshwara House is located along the Pune-Sinhagad Road, right in the Viththalwadi area. We occupy units 3 to 5 at survey number 114/a/2. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always a lot of noise from the traffic outside, but we’re used to it by now. We do a lot of administrative work and project management from this office. It’s a straightforward place with desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of papers stacked up. We’ve been part of the local scene here for a while. Our staff comes from the nearby neighborhoods, so we’re a local bunch. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signs. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Whether it's managing the building or handling tenant issues, there's always something to keep us busy. The Sinhagad Road area has changed a lot since we first started, with more shops and more people moving in. We’ve stayed pretty much the same, though. We just keep our heads down and do the work. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and going over some ledgers. It's a real working office, not a showroom. We try to be helpful when people come in with questions about the property or the services we handle here. It’s not a complicated setup, but it works for what we need to get through the week.
