We are based in Bund Garden at Connaught Place. It’s a well-known part of Pune. Venkatesh Paradise Buildcorp LLP is the name on the door. To be honest, most of our time is spent looking at site maps and talking to contractors. Bund Garden is a crowded area, so parking is always a headache for us and anyone visiting. We work out of Survey Number 28. It’s a regular office with too many files and not enough shelf space. Building things takes a long time and there are always hurdles you don't expect. Like the rain or material costs going up suddenly. We don't have some grand story about why we do this. We just started building and kept going. Some people think it's all about high-rises and big money, but for us, it's mostly about making sure the plumbing is right and the bricks are straight. We see the city changing every day from our windows. Sometimes we feel like we are just a small part of that change. We don't do much advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or they just see our signs on a site somewhere near the city center. It’s a lot of hard work and staying late. We try to keep things honest. If a project is going to take longer, we say it. We don't like to overcomplicate things with big speeches or promises we can't keep. It's just building.
