VELX CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Our office is over at S. No. 31/3 in the Shiddheshwar Prasad Building. We are based in the Dhankawadi area of Pune. It’s a fairly quiet part of town compared to the main city center, which we actually prefer. We have been in this building for some time now. VELX CONSTRUCTIONS LLP is just a small group of us working here. The space is practical. We have our drawings and our computers set up. It’s where we do all our planning and coordination. Dhankawadi has its own local feel, and being in the Shiddheshwar Prasad Bldg makes it easy for folks in Pune to find us if they need to. We don't have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have a lot of site visits to manage. The address is 411043 if you're looking it up on a map. We like the neighborhood because it's steady. There are shops nearby and the usual Pune traffic on the main roads. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s a workspace, first and foremost. We focus on the construction details and keeping things moving. That’s pretty much the story of our day-to-day life here. We’re just another business in the building, trying to do a decent job every day. It's a simple life for us here in the city.
