VELENTINA 7 BUILDCON LLP

We sit over here in Ambegaon BK, right near the Cosmos Bank. It’s a busy spot in Pune. People know us as Velentina 7 Buildcon LLP. We've been around the area for a bit. There’s a lot of dust and noise when we're on a job site, but that’s just how building goes. It’s not always pretty. Sometimes things get delayed or plans change, but we keep showing up. Our office is at Survey Number 34/5/1/2 to 6, which is kind of a mouthful to say. If you’re driving by the bank, you’ve probably seen where we are. We mostly deal with local projects. Some days are just filled with paperwork and phone calls to suppliers who are running late. Other days we are actually out seeing how the walls are coming up. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of blueprints lying around everywhere. It gets a bit chaotic. We started this because we knew the area well and saw a lot of empty lots getting filled up. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune or anything. We just do our work and go home. Usually, the coffee in the office is pretty bad because nobody remembers to clean the machine. But the work gets finished eventually. We keep it simple here. It is just us doing what we can with the tools we have.
